Took this out on our first kickbike ride and the towline stayed perfectly clear of the front wheel the whole time, even on bumpy gravel. The whole thing feels featherlight on the handlebar, and I barely noticed it was there. My dog pulled like a champ and I never once worried about a tangle.
The clamp is surprisingly easy to adjust mid-ride, and the towline stays clear of my front wheel even on bumpy gravel. It's light enough that I forget it's on the bike, and my kickbike sessions feel much safer with the dog pulling ahead.
