The padding is soft enough that my pup doesn’t fuss during walks, yet the whole thing feels really solid. I got the large size and the O-ring sits perfectly for clipping the leash, no rust after a month of rainy weather.

The padding is genuinely soft against the neck, so my dog doesn't fight it at all, and the O-ring feels solid. Only reason for four stars is that the sizing runs a bit big.

The nickel-plated O-ring held up fine through a few weeks of daily walks, though I wish the padding were a bit thicker for my puller. Sizing ran true to the chart, so that was a plus, but it’s more okay than amazing.
