The Velcro strap is thick and grips tight, so my ATV's brake finally stays locked on sloped ground without me needing a bungee cord. I picked up two to secure both handles, and the extra braking power when hauling a loaded cart feels noticeably more solid.
The velcro strap wraps around the brake handle and locks tight enough that my cart stays put on our sloped driveway, which is exactly what I needed. It took about ten seconds to install and the webbing feels sturdy, not flimsy.
