The stretch Velcro makes getting these on a squirmy dog way easier than any buckle boot I've tried, and the coated nylon shrugs off mud like nothing. My pup's been wearing them for daily walks around the neighborhood and they've held up through puddles and gravel without slipping.
My dog hikes rocky trails every weekend and these booties have survived three months of abuse so far. The coated nylon sheds mud like water and the VELCRO still grips tight after dozens of washes.
The stretch velcro is what sold me—it wraps snug without digging into her legs, even when she’s running around the yard. Took them off after a muddy romp and they rinsed clean in seconds. These will definitely last through the season.
