Whether you are mushing for fun and recreation, competitively, or doing sled dog adventures and tours, the Critterwoods Brake Products Snow Hook is a must have.
For serious stopping and staying power on snow, ice, or earth, for teams of 2 or 12 dogs, this Snow Hook is the product that you can count on.
SELF-RIGHTING! The self-righting design will right itself to stop your team.
Quality stainless steel construction with flared talon and drilled snow plate means strength and durability, but importantly, this Snow Hook will stay where you set it!
Important Note: The Critterwood Snow Hook is a unique design and does not work with either of Alpine Outfitters' or most Snow Hook Holders; the OPTIONAL Critterwood Snow Hook Holder is designed to fit and hold the Critterwood Snow Hook perfectly. The Critterwood Snow Hook does not come with a Critterwood Snow Hook Holder or an AO Snow Hook Line....both are optional and may be added by selecting in the Dropdowns. For the optional Snow Hook Line 6.5' is our standard length. If you prefer a different length, just note in the Special Instructions Box.
