I was worried the extra 14 inches would feel floppy, but the 8mm cord keeps it stiff enough that it doesn’t tangle mid-pull. The looped ends clicked right onto my harness ring and the tug line snap with zero fuss. Two weeks of daily tugging and the connection hasn’t budged.
Finally, a way to use my standard tug lines with the half-back harness—the 8mm rope feels solid and the looped ends snap on perfectly with zero fuss. It's exactly the bridge I needed, and now the whole setup works like a charm.
The 8mm rope is sturdy and the looped ends snap on easily to both the harness and the tug line, so no fuss. It does its job of bridging that gap, though I wish it came in a couple more color options for visibility. Works exactly as described for my setup.
