The rope is surprisingly stiff at first but loosens up nicely after a few pulls, and the 6.5-foot length is perfect for tying down gear on the sled. I’ve loaded it with wet firewood and it held tight without any fraying.
The 6.5-foot length is plenty for what I need, and the polyethylene feels dense enough to trust with a real pull. I put it through a few rough yanks and the rope held up without any fraying or stretching.
Got this for a tow setup and the polyethylene rope feels seriously tough, no fraying even after dragging it through packed snow a few times. The 6.5 feet is just right for my needs, though I appreciate that they offer custom lengths if you ask. Hook’s not included, so make sure you’ve got one ready.
