The 7/8 inside diameter was spot-on for my narrower post, and that Teflon spacer slid in without any wrestling. Now the S/LINE Pro frame sits solid and level where I was worried it wouldn't fit at all.
Fiddly little piece, but it did exactly what the specs said—the 7/8 inside diameter slipped right over my smaller post and made the 1-1/8 upper fit snug. Took two minutes to install and my antenna hasn't budged since.
