Took this snap out in single-digit temps on my dog's line, and it clicked shut without any stiffness. The nickel plating has held up against snow and rough use so far. Solid little hardware piece.

I’ve used this snap through a few frosty mornings now and the nickel plating hasn’t shown a single spot of wear—that cold resistance is real. It clicks shut with a satisfying solid feel, and I’m honestly glad I grabbed a couple spare ones since they’re clearly built to last.

Popped this snap onto my canicross line after the old plastic one cracked in December. The nickel plating feels solid and the 4-inch width locks in tight, plus it's held up fine in the single digits so far. Exactly the heavy-duty hardware I needed for the dogs' pull.
